At Aspire Recovery Center of Frisco, we provide Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs tailored specifically to meet the needs of individuals struggling with Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders. Substance Use and Mental Health programming is separate and aims to support individuals in their journey towards recovery, offering specialized care that fosters healing and empowers positive change.

What can I expect during the treatment process?

During your treatment journey, you can anticipate a comprehensive approach that involves various components, including:

How long does the treatment last?

At Aspire Recovery Center of Frisco our general treatment timelines are as follows:

  • Partial Hospitalization (PHP):2–4-week programming consisting of group and individual therapy, and psychiatric services up to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Most clients will transition to the IOP level of care after finishing with PHP.
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP): 10 weeks of programming consisting of group and individual therapy for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week.
Are family members/loved ones involved in the treatment process?

At Aspire Recovery Center, family members/loved ones are encouraged to participate in family/couple’s sessions and family support group. We prioritize the patient’s preferences regarding their family’s involvement, ensuring that their comfort and wishes are respected.

What happens after completing a program at Aspire Recovery Center?

After completing a program at Aspire Recovery Center, we offer various aftercare options to continue supporting your journey towards wellness. These options include supportive outpatient programs, outpatient services, and specialized alumni aftercare programs. Our aim is to provide continued support and resources to help maintain the progress achieved during the program and assist in transitioning back to daily life.
