What can I expect during the treatment process?
During your treatment journey, you can anticipate a comprehensive approach that involves various components, including:

How long does the treatment last?
At Aspire Recovery Center of Frisco our general treatment timelines are as follows:
- Partial Hospitalization (PHP):2–4-week programming consisting of group and individual therapy, and psychiatric services up to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Most clients will transition to the IOP level of care after finishing with PHP.
- Intensive Outpatient (IOP): 10 weeks of programming consisting of group and individual therapy for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week.
Are family members/loved ones involved in the treatment process?
At Aspire Recovery Center, family members/loved ones are encouraged to participate in family/couple’s sessions and family support group. We prioritize the patient’s preferences regarding their family’s involvement, ensuring that their comfort and wishes are respected.
What happens after completing a program at Aspire Recovery Center?
After completing a program at Aspire Recovery Center, we offer various aftercare options to continue supporting your journey towards wellness. These options include supportive outpatient programs, outpatient services, and specialized alumni aftercare programs.
