Aspire Recovery Center of Frisco provides three levels of care to support individuals managing mental health disorders.
These outpatient treatment programs ensure each person gets the support based on their specific needs and stage of recovery – Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP).
Our Partial Hospitalization Program is an intensive and structured treatment program for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient care, but do not need 24/7 inpatient hospitalization. It involves approximately 20+ hours per week of therapeutic engagement, providing a balanced combination of group and individual sessions. During PHP, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in group therapy, where you can benefit from the support and shared experiences of others facing similar challenges. Additionally, you will receive one-on-one attention from our professional clinicians through individual mental health treatment therapy sessions to address your specific needs and concerns. Our PHP is designed to offer a safe and nurturing environment where you can work through your mental health struggles and develop effective coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
Our IOP is ideal for individuals who have made progress in their recovery journey but still require structured treatment. This program involves approximately 10 hours per week of engagement. You’ll participate in three group therapy sessions per week, where you can build connections with your peers and gain valuable insights from shared experiences. Additionally, you will have one individual mental health treatment therapy session per week to receive individualized support and guidance from our experienced clinicians. Our IOP allows you to integrate your treatment into your daily routine while still benefiting from the support and accountability needed for continued progress.
Our SOP is designed for individuals who have made significant strides in their mental health journey and are ready for a more independent approach to their treatment. This program offers ongoing support with a reduced frequency of sessions, tailored to your specific needs and progress. With flexible scheduling, you’ll have the freedom to attend fewer therapy sessions per week while still receiving the support necessary for maintaining your well-being. Our SOP empowers you to apply the skills you’ve learned in your mental health journey and take charge of your continued growth and recovery.
