What Is Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Aspire Recovery Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a flexible, evidence-based level of care for individuals seeking treatment for substance abuse and mental health disorders. Intensive Outpatient Program is ideal for clients stepping down from a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or for those who need moderate support while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program emphasizes psychoeducation and practical skill-building to support long-term recovery. Our patients learn about the science of addiction, relapse prevention strategies, coping mechanisms, and life skills that support independent, sustainable recovery.
When you enroll in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Aspire Recovery Center of Frisco, you’ll engage in individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and regular drug testing to maintain accountability and track progress.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is carefully structured to provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment while fitting seamlessly into your daily schedule.
Daytime Program:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Evening Program:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Individual Therapy:
- Once per week, personalized for each client
